Our Customer Service department features highly trained individuals who are there to help if any problems do occur. Please refer to our Warranty, Privacy Policy and Return Policy pages for specific information on warranty, returns, and the privacy of your shopping experience. If you feel that information on our website is misrepresented We try our best to provide you with the best possible pictures of our jewelry, but there may be size or color difference because of different monitors and computers.
Fine Jewelry Limited 90-day Warranty
All jewelry purchased from us is covered by warranty for 90-days against manufacturing defects (based upon our inspection). All jewelry is genuine and authentic. It is made from platinum, 14k or 10k gold and sterling silver. All weights, and sizes and other item specifications listed on the website are approximate unless otherwise noted. In case of a manufacturing defect, we will exchange the item for a new one within 90 days of the purchase. 3 rd party repair or any modification of the item voids the warranty. Examples of manufacturing defects would be the following: a broken lobster clamp, or a chain with an open link. Obvious damage to the chain such as pulling and ripping is not a manufacturing defect and will not be covered. WE DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF THIS ITEM, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

To obtain Warranty Service, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and follow the return instructions.
Watch Warranty
Warranty for our watches is provided by the manufacturer. All warranty claims must be done directly to the manufacturer. We will not accept returns or exchanges on watches after the 14-day return policy and will not accept returns with any defects. Return policy fully applies to any watch returns. WE DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF THIS ITEM, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. When you are ready to place an order, you have to register with us. We do not use your personal information such as your name and your mailing address anywhere besides processing your order and providing you with highest quality customer service. The registration information provides us with your name, your mailing address and your phone number which we use for customer service purpose only. Creating an account also allows for an easier shopping experience by letting you order much more quickly and efficiently without entering your personal information again. When you are placing an order, we ask you for your credit card information. Your credit card information is acquired by our credit card processors strictly for the transactions that you place. Your credit card information does not go anywhere besides our credit processor, and your financial institution. APO/FPO
APO/FPO orders are free, and shipped by United States Postal Service to the APO/FPO processing center. We cannot control how the orders are handled outside of USPS, so we cannot guarantee shipping time.
International Shipping
We ship all our items internationally everywhere except for high risk countries such as Laos, Indonesia, Nigeria and etc. International orders are subject to higher shipping rates and handling fees as well as customs and import duties. Customers are responsible for all the fees associated with international shipping. We urge that our international customers contact their local customs office to make sure they can receive our items and know the fees associated with shipping.
Shipping Policy
Once you have placed the order, we start processing it. If the order was placed before 2pm EST Monday to Friday, it will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends, national holidays or after 2pm EST will be processed the following business day.

We understand that it’s not always convenient to have items shipped to your home, especially if that item is a gift. We ship to alternate shipping addresses that differ from shipping addresses but we do a more thorough check to protect our customers from fraud. Shipping to alternative shipping address may delay your order.

We require signature for all orders over $500. Please make sure that you or someone is available to receive the order. If nobody is available, you may ship to an alternate shipping address or pick the order up from the carrier when it is convenient for you..

If we feel that you may receive your order faster and more securely with a different shipping method, we may substitute it for a better one at no cost to you. For example, if you are located very close to us and select USPS Priority Mail, it will be faster and more convenient (tracking number, etc) to ship the item by UPS or FedEx Ground. If you do not want us to change your shipping, please specify so in the comments when you place your order.
Packaging
Our jewelry is carefully packaged to prevent any shipping damage. We can provide a jewelry box, a gift card, and gift wrapping on request. Please call us to arrange that, or any other special packaging. We encourage you retain the original packaging incase you need to return the item(s).
Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be in new/unused condition and include all original paper work. If applicable, all security tags and labels must also be intact. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Items not returned within 14 days of receipt will be eligible for exchange only.

An RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained prior to sending items back. The RMA number authorizes the initiates the return process. Unauthorized items without an RMA number may be returned to the sender with additional fees required. Please contact our Customer Service Department for this information. If you are unable to contact us by phone regarding a return, please write to shopjewelry@gmail.com

Please note: An RMA number is not a guarantee of refund or a reflection of any other information, and will expire within five (5) days of the issue date. Please be sure all returned items are postmarked within this period.

In the event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately. Please do not accept packages that show extensive damage or tampering. If an item was damaged during shipping, all insurance claims will be handled through the carrier.

All returned merchandise is carefully inspected for damage including but not limited to: scratches, dents, dirt, signs of wear, etc. An item is considered to be in new /unused condition if there are no signs of wear, scratches, or any of the above listed attributes. Additionally, all applicable security tags and labels are present. We reserve the right to reject an item deemed unfit for re-stocking. We cannot accept items that show any indication of use.

Please note: All returned items are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund. Additionally, any applicable shipping costs are also non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, or an incorrect item was received due to shipper error. Misinformation provided by the customer is solely the liability of the customer, and does not facilitate or qualify a refund for shipping costs.

Items that that have been engraved or re-sized (even by us), or modified in any way cannot be returned.

Special orders are also non-returnable.

Return Instructions:
  • Satisfy all of the above requirements.
  • USA Expedited (2-4 business days)
  • Contact our Customer Service Department to obtain an RMA Number. (This initiates the process and authorizes the return.) You may also request email confirmation of the RMA number received.
  • Return the item(s) to the address provided upon contacting us. DO NOT send items to any other address other than the return address provided by our Customer Service Department.
  • Returned items may be shipped by the carrier of your choice. However, it is strongly recommended that an additional service such as insurance or delivery confirmation be added.
Please note: We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit, damaged upon arrival, or that were not sent in accordance to the information provided by our Customer Service Department. Please follow all instructions as given to ensure your package arrives at our location.

Once an item is received, please allow 1 - 2 days for your return to be processed.

All credits issued will take 3 - 5 business days from the return processing date to appear on your statement.
